We have been ALTA Best Practices certified since September 2015 and maintain all current requirements, licensing and insurance. We are approved to close loans for substantially all real estate lenders in the Bossier City, Shreveport and surrounding areas. Additionally, we are an approved loan closing, title and escrow service provider for numerous national entities.
