Carla Baker, Lead Escrow Officer

Carla has over 27 years’ experience in real estate title service work. Her knowledge of title services and the attention to details for all closings and her diligence will make your closing experience seamless. She delivers a passion for making the customer center of their closing experience will bring that to your next closing.

Pam Glorioso, Managing Member

Pam Glorioso is a lifelong resident of Bossier City. She graduated from Airline High School in 1978 and obtained her bachelor’s degree in general business from LSU.

Pam retired from working for the City of Bossier City in 2021 after a 32-year career as the City Administrative Officer. After retirement, she reactivated her license to work part-time with Summit Executive Realty. Pam is a Louisiana Notary. Trained in grants management, real estate development, governmental accounting, project management, right-of-way acquisition, and economic development.

She is currently a board member of the Shreveport-Bossier Tourist Bureau, Bossier Office of Community Services, and the Bossier Housing Authority. 

Pam welcomes the opportunity to assist people making their live long dream come true with their first homes or assisting the investor in closing their next closing successful.

Cheryl Davis, Closing Agent

Cheryl has been in the real estate financing world since she began her career in the 80’s.   Her entire working career in real estate finance and title work brings to Magnolia Title Services the intangible expertise that can only be described, as phenomenal. She will make your closing experience seamless and will work to make the details transparent as you collaborate with her to close your next transaction.

Annikea Boles, Escrow Title Officer Manager

Being with Magnolia Title Services for seventeen years, she has dedicated her working career to contributing to its growth and success. Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of the real estate title industry and has had the opportunity to take on various roles, which has allowed her to refine my skills and leadership abilities. Annikea’s experience in collaborating with people in real estate title work has shaped her passion for delivering exceptional results and continuously driving innovation within the company and the best for the customer.
